Subzone: Val do Salnés

Made of grapes from vineyards between 20 and 40 years old.

The vineyards are grown on sandy loam soils, granitic and slightly acidic.

Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 16 °C for 21 days.

Food pairing

Perfect with all kind of white fish and seafood (especially shellfish), smoked fish, rice, stews, poultry and vegetables.

Serving temperature: 8 – 10 °C.

Visual phase

Straw yellow with greenish and intense reflections. Clear and bright.

Nose

Medium-high intensity, with stress of white flowers and citrus. Balsamic background with hints of lemon verbena.

Palate

Well balanced, very floral and balsamic retronasal. Fresh acidity.
