Made from free run most of grapes from selected vineyards.
The vineyards are grown on sandy loam soils, granitic and slightly acidic.
Pre-fermentative maceration with dry ice at 6 °C during 8 hours. This technique allows to extract a larger amount of aromatic substances present at the grape skins.
After its completion, the must ferments at 16 ° C in stainless steel for 3 weeks.
Ideal con aperitivos, sushi, pasta, pescados, arroces, carnes blancas y mariscos.
Temperatura de servicio: 7 – 9 ºC.
