Crafted from 100% Albariño grapes grown in the Val do Salnés, it stands out thanks to a unique winemaking technique: the addition of dry ice prior to maceration. This lowers the temperature and eliminates oxygen, allowing for longer maceration and maximum aromatic extraction.
The result? A wine that’s fruity, floral, and full of life, with an exceptional aromatic intensity—perfect to drink well chilled, even over ice.

With iWine, the answer is yes. In fact, it says so right on the label: “Drink on Ice.”
