What is Nº0?

Saying “alcohol-free” is not the same as saying 0.0% alcohol. Nº0 by Paco & Lola has been fully dealcoholized to reach an actual 0.0%. Made from 100% Albariño grapes from the Val do Salnés, Nº0 preserves the varietal’s identity thanks to a vacuum distillation technology that removes alcohol without applying high temperatures.

The result? A wine with citrus and white flower notes, balanced acidity, and a delicate herbal finish. We created Nº0 to make sure no one is left out — because there’s a Paco & Lola wine for every moment, and for everyone. The important thing is to enjoy it the way you like best. Don’t let them take away your polka dots!
