Nº0, the alcohol-free wine from Paco & Lola – Val do Salnés
Made from the free-run juice of selected grapes from the Val do Salnés.
The vineyards are planted on sandy-loam, granitic, and slightly acidic soils.
Fermented in stainless steel at 16 ºC.
Serving temperature: 8–10 ºC.
This wine has been fully dealcoholized to reach 0.0% alcohol. The technology used allows for 100% alcohol removal without applying high temperatures.
VISUAL PHASE: Pale yellow with steely highlights.
NOSE: Citrus notes of lime and lemon, stone fruit such as white peach, and subtle white flowers.
PALATE: Fresh and smooth on entry, with a slight natural effervescence that enhances the freshness. On the retronasal, notes of white flowers and citrus, with hints of white plum and Golden apple.
