Apellation of Origin: Rías Baixas
Subzone: Val do Salnés
Soils: sandy loam soils, granite and slightly acidic.
Elaboration: Fermentation at 16 °C for 21 days.
Ageing: the wine ages for 13 months in 500 litres barrels made from
European oak (French and Hungarian). After bottling, it is kept in the
bottle for one year before being released to the market
Serving temperature: 10 – 12 oC.
