Made from the must of selected grapes from our best vineyards.
The vineyards are grown in free-sandy, granitic and
slightly acidic Fermentation in stainless steel at 16 oC for 21 days,
staying on its fine lees until the stabilization and bottling. Service temperature: 8 – 10 oC.
Visual Phase
Straw yellow color with slight greenish, clear and sparkly.
Olfactory Phase
Medium-high intensity, floral (orange blossom), citrus (lemon peel, mandarin) tropical, (mango, lychee) and stone fruits.
Gustative Phase
Fresh mouth, good acidity, very fruity and intense. Balanced.
