Vineyard
Made from the free run must.
The vineyards are cultivated on slightly acid sandy-loam and granite soils.
Appellation of origin: D.O. Rías Baixas.

100% Albariño (12.5% alc.)
Controlled fermentation at 16ºC for 21 days. Once finished, the thick lees are eliminated and it is aged on its fine lees, with a weekly “bâtonnage” for 1 year.
After aging for 1 year whit thick lees, it remains in stainless steel tanks for another 4 years, to finally be stabilized and bottled.
Food pairing
Perfect with fish, rice, white meats and seafood.
Service temperature: 8 – 10ºC.
Tasting notes
Apperance
Straw yellow colour with intense greenish tones and slightly golden reflections.
Nose
Medium intensity, with aromas of aromatic herbs (laurel,rosemary), spice (cumin) and tea infusion, (chamomile).
With an elegant background of lees.
Palate
The palate is fresh, with good acidity. Unctuous and oily with hints of ripe fruit and toasted tones. Mineral and saline aftertaste.
